Administrative Coordinator

The Opportunity

Under the general direction of the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations and confidential administrative support of the Human Resources Division.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Diploma in business, office administration, or related field; and three years of related work experience; or
  • Certificate in office administration and five years of related work experience; or
  • Secondary school graduation and seven years of related work experience
  • Experience in budgets and finance (i.e. budget coordination, payables and receivables, etc.)
  • Independent judgement when dealing with confidential or sensitive issues
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to deal with the public and staff in a courteous and tactful manner
