Gutter Guys Plus is the fastest-growing home remodeling company across Southwestern Ontario. We're a family-owned business operating out of London, Ontario. Right now, we're experiencing tremendous growth; because of that, we need driven individuals like you.

We have a world-class sales training program, and because of that, there is zero prior sales experience required. Within a matter of weeks, you'll go from zero to hero. To sum up working for Gutter Guys as a sales rep: we're a company that prioritizes personal growth and has a ridiculous compensation plan.

Responsibilities:

• Perform estimates for highly motivated customers in a market with huge demand.
• Learn valuable sales skills through attending weekly trainings, in person and online.
• Be coachable, and friendly, presenting yourself with a phenomenal attitude.
• Walk potential customers through the Gutter Guys process, following systems and ensuring you provide world-class customer service.
• Become an expert in the industry (zero prior experience required, we have extensive training).
• Lead nurturing & outreach.
• Setting appointments.

Requirements:

• Vehicle access with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn effective account management or related sales roles.
• Charismatic individual, who is not afraid to step outside of comfort zones.
• Excellent negotiation skills (or an interest to learn) with the ability to close deals effectively.
• A desire to improve yourself and your professional abilities.
• Willingness to grind and be extremely well compensated.

Pay: $7,000.00-$20,000.00 per month
