Job Description
This position is a fixed term short period of 6 months with a possibility for extension
As aSecurity Awareness Analystat UbisoftMontreal, you will join the Security and Risk Management team and contribute to building and sustaining a strong security culture across the organization. In this role, the Security Awareness Analyst creates clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications that help employees understand and adopt secure behaviors. By translating complex IT and security concepts into accessible content, you will support measurable progress toward the Security Awareness program’s objectives and key results.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to defining and executingsecurity awareness objectives and key resultsfor the fiscal year
- Develop and maintain aneditorial and communication strategyaligned with Security and Risk Management priorities
- Createwritten and visual contentsuch as articles, newsletters, and infographics.
- Partner with securitysubject matter experts****and leadersto translate technical topics into clear employee-facing communications
- Manage and evolvesecurity-related contenton internal platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the corporate intranet
- Coordinate and respond tosecurity awareness communicationrequests across the organization
- Designengaging awareness initiativesthat increase employee participation and adoption
- Track and report onprogram impact and engagement metricsto support continuous improvement
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
- Experience inbusiness communication, project coordination, orinstructional content development
- Ability to explaintechnical and security conceptsin a clear and accessible way for non-technical audiences
- Strongwritten communication skillswith attention to clarity, tone, and structure
- Solidvisual communication skills, including creating infographics or digital communication assets
- Understanding ofIT environments and core conceptssuch as networks, systems, and infrastructure
- Awareness oforganizational culture and behaviourand how they influence learning and adoption
- Proficiency inEnglish and French, both written and spoken
- Proactive andself-directed work stylewith the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Curiosity and interest inlearning new technologies, security topics, and communication methods
