Lomond Community School & Enchant School

Lomond

Community School is a grade 1 - 12 school that operates on a four-day work

week. Just over 50% of our school population is LGM. We are all staff for all students -

resulting in a collaborative work environment focused on the success of all

students.

Enchant School is a Kindergarten - Grade 9 school located in

a small rural community in the northern part of the Horizon School

Division. The area supports a mixture of

cattle operations, mixed farming, and oil fields. Enchant School is committed to its small-town

roots and cares for each individual student.

Our staff work together to ensure students find success.

Lomond and Enchant are about 20 minutes' drive time between each other. This

is a great position for resume building and gaining a variety of experience

working with multiple grade levels.

Temporary 1.0 FTE Intervention Teacher-

Lomond and Enchant Schools (shared)

Assignment includes- Intervention Teacher

Lomond Community School and Enchant School are seeking

a temporary 1.0 FTE Intervention Teacher for the 2026- 2027 school year. This

position will be shared between Lomond Community School and Enchant School; mornings

will be spent in Lomond and afternoons in Enchant.

If you have a background in literacy and numeracy

intervention, we encourage you to apply. Our intervention is multi-faceted with

a strong team approach.

Horizon spans a geographic area of approximately 30,970 square kilometers, from Bulyea in the south, Wakaw in the north, Foam Lake in the east, and Viscount in the west. The division is divided into 14 Subdivisions for purposes of representation on the Board of Education.
