About the role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Office building. Commercial building. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform safety and security checks. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Equipment: Power tools. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
