We are looking for a recent Human Resources grad to join our team as an HR Coordinator in our Saskatoon office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR while building a strong foundation for your career. You will support the team in areas like talent acquisition, talent management, HR information systems, wellness, and learning and development while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth and success.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • A post-secondary education in Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Personable with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • An enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth.

How you’ll support our team

  • Help with the talent acquisition process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, drafting interview guides, and completing reference checks.
  • Support various talent management processes including mid-year and annual reviews, mentor check-ins, and upward feedback.
  • Assist with campus recruiting by planning and executing events, coordinating career fair logistics and materials, attending campus events, and providing support during the recruiting process.
  • Initiate and manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with the execution and delivery of wellness activities.
  • Support learning and development activities including reviewing learning materials, ensuring course evaluations are completed, and maintaining the L&D Intranet page.
  • Provide general support including maintaining data, completing research, supporting recognition processes, and updating reports.
