Job Description
The Associate II is responsible for obtaining first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims through an Express Claim Center. The individual handles customer questions on process, policies, and next steps, and updates claim information.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for obtaining first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims through an Express Claim Center. The individual handles customer questions on process, policies, and next steps, and updates claim information.
Accountabilities
Handle all First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for both Auto and Property customers Handle inquiry calls for both Auto and Property customers, making decisions on claims Provide exceptional Customer Experience based on claims service and quality standards Responding to customers with empathy, care and concern Secure and accurately document all details concerning a loss Explain claim process and next steps as necessary Set up Method of Inspections and/or Emergency Services where required
Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience Competency in oral and written communication Skilled in providing exceptional customer service Able to work under pressure and high volumes completing tasks efficiently

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 41,000.00 - 62,225.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
