A High-Impact Specialty Role Serving 30,000+ Patients Across Alberta
Canadian Dental Services (CDS) is expanding specialist support across Southern Alberta and Edmonton, and we are looking for an Endodontist who wants to make a meaningful clinical impact within our GP clinics in support of our doctors and our patients. With a network of established practices serving more than 30,000 active patients, this role offers immediate volume, strong referral flow, next-level collaboration directly with GP’s, and the chance to elevate endodontic care across a wide geographic region that truly needs specialist coverage.

About the Opportunity
As a geographically flexible Endodontist with CDS, you will provide advanced endodontic procedures across numerous practices in Southern Alberta and across Edmonton. You will see a wide range of clinical presentations and support teams that consistently generate strong referral volume.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of non-surgical and surgical endodontic care: molar RCTs, retreatments, apicoectomies, and emergency-based interventions.
- Complete accurate diagnostic assessments using digital imaging and modern endodontic technology.
- Support collaborative treatment planning with general dentists and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation meeting provincial regulatory standards.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to clinic teams to support patient communication, case acceptance, and endodontic protocols.
- Travel to multiple CDS partner practices across Southern Alberta and Edmonton, with administrative support for logistics and scheduling.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD with recognized specialty certification in Endodontics.
- Active license in good standing with provincial regulatory body.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Competence in rotary instrumentation, digital radiography, and current endodontic technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach.
- Willingness to travel between clinics on a rotational basis.
