In addition to our major specializations, we continually strive to innovate to design more than a thousand other beauty, health and hygiene products.

The mission we offer you:
You will play a key role at the heart of KDC/ONE's quality operations. On a daily basis, you will evolve at the heart of quality operations and will play a strategic role as well as in the field:

  • Manage the daily activities of QC laboratories (raw materials, incoming components, bulk products and finished products) to ensure the fluidity of analyses and the respect of operational priorities
  • Supervise, mobilize and develop teams (employees and team leaders) through local leadership, field coaching and regular performance monitoring
  • Be the point of reference for quality issues, particularly in terms of non-conformities (OOS, deviations, NCN), by supporting the teams in immediate actions, escalations and decision-making
  • Lead and ensure the rigor of quality investigations, including root cause analysis and the implementation of effective and sustainable CAPA plans
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance, ensuring compliance with SOPs, work instructions, internal policies, and GMP/GMP requirements
  • Manage staff qualification and training, to maintain a high level of competence and effective coverage on all shifts
  • Collaborate closely with the Production, R&D, Quality Assurance and Engineering teams, to support operations, solve quality issues and contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing optimizations of processes, analytical methods or work tools
  • Verify and approve analytical methods and specifications in the LIMS system
  • Promote a strong health and safety culture, including through GEMBA walks, team meetings and preventive actions
  • Contribute to a positive and structured work climate, by participating in performance management, recruitment and integration of new employees
  • Acting as an ambassador for KDC/ONE values, embodying excellence, collaboration and a sense of responsibility on a daily basis
