Block Property Manager – Halifax -£27.5k Halifax Property Management £27.5k One Property Recruitment are looking for a Block Property Manager for a local property management company in Halifax . The role will be to manage a local portfolio with the size being tailored to your expereince. Our client describes the working environment as progressive and personalised where structure and support is always prevelant. The position will be predominantly office based with flexibility coming in line with length of service and trust. Opportunities to progress will on the cards within your first 12 months.
The Role Will Involve The Following
- Manage and maintain a portfolio across the local area
- Dealing with section 20 queries
- Taking pride in customer service
- Communicating effectively across the company
- Manage service charge budgets
Our client are very personable and work very collaboratively with all members of staff. The team consists of a tight knit-group of 13 and are wanting to build on their success. They would ideally be looking for someone who has longevity in the property sector who is looking to progress their career in block management.
Salary/benefits
- £27,500 salary
- 9-5 Monday – Thursday, 3pm finish on Friday
- TPI Sponsorship
- Flexibility to work from home once settled in
- 23 days Annual Leave + bank holidays
- Training programme helping to adapt to their way of working
Our ideal candidate is a property manager looking to progress or a block manager with at least a year’s expereince. Someone who is keen for a new challenge and works well in a small sized company who operate in a collaborative environment whilst producing continuous results.
