About the role

Who you are

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, including at least 8 years in leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, technical architecture, developer products, and SaaS/PaaS platform monetization models
  • Proven track record of managing, developing, and guiding high-performing teams
  • Deep technical knowledge and experience working with engineering teams; prior individual contributor engineering roles are a plus
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive user adoption using analytical systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting quickly to change
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience in agent-driven innovations and enterprise-grade AI application development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy and execution in large-scale, high-growth organizations
  • Familiarity with vibe coding and low-code/no-code development experiences
  • MBA will be a plus

What the job involves

  • As Vice President of Product Management for the AI Application Development Platform within the Creator App Engine Business Unit—a strategic growth area in ServiceNow’s AI Platform group—you will play a critical role in shaping and driving product strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring effective execution
  • In this capacity, you will empower Builders and Developers, known as "Creators," to build, manage, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent agents on the ServiceNow platform
  • Your leadership will be vital in making advanced AI capabilities accessible to employees across all technical backgrounds for our customers and their employees
  • By championing an inclusive and innovative product portfolio offering, you will help accelerate business transformation and enable rapid innovation at scale throughout the organization, empowering every employee to automate their work
  • Define and execute product strategy for the Creator persona of builders and developers, aligning with ServiceNow’s vision and growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Management leaders
  • Inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Research, Engineering, and GTM Solutions, to deliver on the product roadmap
  • Drive innovation by identifying market trends and new product opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform product requirements and drive adoption
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, assess technical feasibility, and make strategic trade-offs including monetization levers
  • Provide leadership and guidance to product teams, ensuring successful execution from strategy to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with engineering partners to solve complex system interdependencies and build scalable solutions for both internal and customer-facing applications
