About The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of Sentaler across multiple digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-end visual content that reflects the luxury aesthetic of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in every piece. You will work closely with the creative team to produce compelling assets for social media, website, email campaigns, lookbooks, and other marketing initiatives. Your expertise in digital design, content creation, and image retouching will be vital in elevating our brand presence on a global scale. This role provides a rare chance to have a direct impact on the brand’s visual storytelling and to grow within an entrepreneurial environment that values innovation, precision, and dedication.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital or ecommerce content creation within a consumer brand or agency Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Hands-on experience in retouching and refining product and ecommerce imagery to a luxury standard Proven ability to develop and execute content for social media platforms and digital channels Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to visual accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Organized with effective asset management and file system practices

Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including social media content, website banners, CRM visuals, lookbooks, invitations, and campaign materials Create compelling banners, layouts, and landing page visuals for digital channels Develop presentation decks, internal creative assets, and seasonal launch materials Utilize AI-assisted tools to generate supporting visuals where appropriate Retouch ecommerce and marketing imagery to ensure consistency, natural appearance, and brand alignment Ensure accurate representation of product color, texture, and proportions across all assets Crop, format, and prepare imagery for product pages and other digital platforms Oversee final exports and ensure production-ready files are delivered on time Conceptualize and create original content for social media, including static images, graphics, and short-form videos Plan and maintain the social content calendar, scheduling posts to ensure consistent brand messaging Collaborate with the Art & Content Director on copy direction and post voice Engage with the online community by responding to comments and DMs in a professional and brand-appropriate manner
