You will take ownership of the performance and growth of a casino product within a fast-scaling digital gaming environment, with a specific focus on the Canadian regulated market. This role blends commercial strategy, product localisation, and player engagement, requiring a strong balance of analytical decision-making and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end casino experience, from game portfolio and promotions to retention and lifecycle strategies tailored to local players. Working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will partner closely with product, marketing, CRM, compliance, and data teams to drive measurable growth. The role is central to defining how the casino offering performs in Canada, ensuring both commercial success and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in dynamic, data-driven gaming environments.
Accountabilities
Lead the go-to-market strategy for the casino product in Canada, including Ontario and other regulated provinces Own commercial performance across revenue, player retention, engagement, and overall customer lifetime value Localise the casino experience for Canadian players, including game portfolio, UX, promotions, and player journeys Analyse key performance indicators such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, and LTV to guide strategic and operational decisions Manage and develop relationships with game providers, aggregators, and external commercial partners Design and optimise promotional, bonusing, and loyalty strategies to drive acquisition and retention Ensure full compliance with Canadian gaming regulations, including AGCO and iGaming Ontario requirements Collaborate closely with product, CRM, marketing, compliance, and data teams to enhance overall player experience Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation Continuously optimise casino performance through data-driven experimentation and iteration
Requirements
Proven experience in iGaming, online casino operations, or regulated gaming environments Strong understanding of the Canadian gaming market, particularly Ontario and AGCO/iGO regulatory frameworks Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth through casino strategy, promotions, and player engagement initiatives Strong analytical mindset with experience working with casino KPIs and player behavioural data Deep understanding of casino platforms, game providers, bonusing systems, and lifecycle management tools Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience working with product, marketing, CRM, and data teams in a performance-driven environment Passion for gaming, localisation, and building engaging player experiences Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability
