Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As anAssistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
- Guide customers in their decor choices
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives
- Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback
- Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink
- Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
What you Bring:
- At least 2 years of Retail sales and customer service leadership experience
- Experience with achieving sales targets
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Outgoing personality, who loves to meet new people
- Collaborate to achieve shared goals
- Open availability to work a combination of shifts which may include evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for a full shift
- Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
