About the role
Agilus is recruiting for a Air Compressor Service Technician in the Industrial Equipment Sector in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. As a Compressor Service Technician you will travel to various client sites to diagnose, service, repair, install, maintain and commission Air Compressors.
A Typical Day
- Maintain and service stationary compressor equipment in the field across multiple client sites.
- Perform repairs on down equipment both in the field and at customer locations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the assigned territory.
- Document all work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software.
- Develop and refine efficient service routines and processes.
- Support business growth by improving service delivery and meeting performance targets.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Successful Candidates Will Have
- 2–3+ years of experience as a field service mechanic in an industrial setting.
- Electromechanical degree or equivalent technical training.
- Proven expertise in maintaining, overhauling, and repairing industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in extreme temperatures and industrial environments.
- High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently across multiple client sites.
- Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication.
Total Rewards
- $46.00 - $48.00 hourly
- $3.50 an hour northern premium when working in Fort McMurray.
