About the role
As aSenior Analyst, Client Onboardingreporting to the Senior Director, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer success for Nasdaq's Risk Platform (NRP) across 40+ marketplaces, 11 regulators, and 100 market participants in 65 markets globally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new client onboarding projects, working directly with customers to define requirements and implement risk management functionality, connectivity, and market data solutions.

Analyze and resolve technical issues through fact-finding, problem identification, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

Manage incident resolution and change management processes, ensuring timely communication and proactive prevention strategies.

Schedule product releases following bug fixes and oversee implementation of acceptance testing to maintain quality standards.

Partner with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and North America to prioritize customer needs and deliver excellence in service.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of experience in financial services, risk management, technology, or consulting roles.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extract insights from complex data sets.

Experience working in Linux environments and performing data analysis with market data, trading data, and protocols.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Knowledge of financial markets operations and trading infrastructure.

Familiarity with project management, change management processes, UNIX, networking fundamentals, or FIX protocol.

Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
This position willbe located inToronto, Ontario and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.Additionallocations may include Vilnius, Lithuania; Taguig City, Philippines; and Mexico City, Mexico**.**

The base pay range for this role is $75,000 - $103,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
