In this role, you will be answering customer phone calls and providing clear, reliable support to customers and internal partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Support order entry, scheduling, and product inquiries
- Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through effective communication
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to work well with others while also performing independently
- Confidence leading phone conversations and guiding customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
- Clear, respectful, and solution‑focused communication skills
Work Environment
This role operates within an office‑based, customer‑focused environment that involves regular interaction with internal departments, external partners, and customers. Occasional site visits or offsite communication may be required to support operational needs. Daily responsibilities involve using computers, phone systems, and digital platforms to manage customer orders and inquiries.
