• Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role
• A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value

What the job involves

• We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to be part of our Technical Program Management team for a 14-month contract
• Reporting to the Director of Technical Program Management, the Senior Technical Program Manager will drive discovery and support delivery of scalable data platforms and syncs that move data between our product, data warehouse, and critical business tools (ex, Hubspot and Salesforce)
• These connections provide critical business value for all of our customer-facing teams who rely on timely insights to best support our customers and provide a personalized customer journey
• More generally, the TPM will prioritize creative, complex and impactful solutions while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical functionality with performance and maintainability
• The Senior TPM will collaborate closely with Data Integration’s Engineering Manager to drive project outcomes, development and maintenance of clear roadmaps, and foster strong cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders
• While the focus is usually tied to the initiatives going through their primary team, this role often requires coordinating technical program delivery across cross-functional teams

• Take on the Product Owner role for the Data Integration Engineering team. Execute the product management workflow, including backlog management (defining requirements and acceptance criteria)

By understanding the connections between people’s day-to-day work, the overall company vision, and stakeholder needs, you can prioritize building what matters to achieve the company’s strategic goals and initiatives

Once implemented, you will measure that success and keep stakeholders informed, so your team can make iterative decisions based on results
• Be responsible for cross-functional program management. You will drive technical and non-technical deliverables through project planning and execution. Provide proactive transparency to stakeholders (scope, status, risks and timelines); and support teams to help ensure timely delivery of their scope, including addressing blockers or issues that may arise
