About the Role: At Rogers, we are committed to connecting Canadians through innovative services and exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions related to Rogers' products and services including wireless, internet, TV, and home phone.
What You’ll Be Doing: Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service in a professional and empathetic manner.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Educate customers about Rogers products, services, promotions, and self-service options.
Use various tools and systems to research customer accounts and accurately process transactions.
Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on first-call resolution.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset).
Previous customer service, call center, or retail experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Comfort working with computers and navigating multiple systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for helping people and a positive, can-do attitude.
