About the role
Votre Mission :
Joignez-vous à l'équipe CCOE (Cloud Center of Excellence). Votre mission est de faire évoluer les modèles de Landing Zone, de gouvernance et de plateforme. Vous définirez les garde-fous (guardrails) et les normes IaC, coacherez les équipes produit/opérations et établirez une feuille de route de capacités avec des résultats mesurables, notamment sur la posture de sécurité, le FinOps et les délais de mise en place d'environnements.
Vos Responsabilités Clés:
- Évolution de la Plateforme : Faire progresser les modèles de Landing Zone et les structures de gouvernance cloud.
- Normalisation : Définir et implémenter des normes IaC (Infrastructure as Code) et des garde-fous automatisés.
- Coaching : Accompagner et monter en compétence les équipes produit et opérations sur les meilleures pratiques cloud.
- Feuille de Route : Établir une planification stratégique des capacités technologiques avec des KPIs précis (FinOps, Sécurité).
- Influence : Agir en tant qu'agent de changement pour transformer les modes opératoires et l'acculturation technique.
Prérequis:
- Expérience : 8 à 12 ans en architecture Cloud ou plateforme (AWS ou Azure; multi-cloud un atout).
- Expertise CCoE : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience directe liée à un CCoE, une plateforme cloud ou la gouvernance.
- Transformation : Expérience démontrée en changement organisationnel (operating model) et en migration de Landing Zones.
- Technique : Maîtrise de l'IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep), pipelines CI/CD, et concepts de Platform Engineering.
- Sécurité : Principes Zero-Trust, gestion des secrets, chiffrement et gestion de la posture (CSPM).
- Langues : Parfaitement bilingue (Français/Anglais) pour interagir avec des parties prenantes exécutives.
Atouts:
- Certifications : AWS SA Pro, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Expertise FinOps Practitioner.
