Coordinator, Warranty Operations

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Operations Coordinator to support our customer warranty program and ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality. As the first point of contact for product-related issues, you’ll inspect returns, coordinate repairs, and work cross-functionally to deliver quick resolutions for customers while driving continuous product improvement.
What You’ll Do
Case Management & Repairs
- Inspect incoming products to verify authenticity and warranty eligibility.
- Determine the best repair solution and oversee execution with internal teams and external contractors.
- Update and track case status in the Warranty portal, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform quality checks on completed repairs and provide feedback to improve processes.
Materials & Inventory
- Manage fabric, trims, and spare parts inventory, coordinating with replenishment teams and suppliers as needed.
- Conduct fabric color matching and communicate variations to QA and Development teams.
- Order discontinued materials and maintain pre-made spare parts for seamless operations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with Production, QA, Product Development, Customer Experience, and external vendors to resolve cases efficiently.
- Support call centers, retail teams, and global distributors with warranty and spare parts inquiries.
- Provide insights to cross-functional teams on recurring issues, defects, and product trends.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the preparation of Product Insights Reports.
- Share feedback on repairs, manufacturing defects, and product discrepancies to drive long-term solutions.
- Support training and process updates to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
Let’s Talk About You
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or garment operations.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing, patternmaking, and textiles.
- Skilled in MS Office; Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative.
