We are looking for a reliable and driven Production Supervisor to join our Leadership Team. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of production employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while delivering products on time to our customers.
Position: Production Supervisor
Location: 2168 Springfield Road (no bus routes)
Role Type: Full-time, Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Starting Wage: Based on experience
What You’ll Do
-
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team, ensuring training and development needs are met.

Conduct Development and Value Discussions (DVDs), providing feedback, setting goals, and addressing performance concerns.

Monitor production dashboards and metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets are achieved.

Identify and eliminate obstacles to maintain 100% on-time delivery (OTD) for both internal and external customers.

Implement structured workflows, optimizing resources to increase team efficiency.

Lead and support LEAN initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen workflows.

Foster collaboration across departments to resolve issues quickly and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain a strong safety culture by enforcing PPE use, participating in audits, and supporting 5S sustainability practices.
What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (supervisory experience preferred).

Strong people-leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Knowledge of production workflows, quality control, and efficiency metrics.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions, and adapt to challenges quickly.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster teamwork across departments.

Safety-focused mindset with experience promoting safe work practices.
