Service Appointment Coordinator – Part-Time (Saturday Role)

Southgate Audi is hiring a Part-Time Service Appointment Coordinator to assist our Service Department one day per week. This position is suited for someone who enjoys customer interaction, can manage multiple tasks at once, and remains detail-focused in a busy dealership setting.

Work Schedule: Saturdays - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience coordinating appointments in an automotive environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated customer service or service-department experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume workflow

Primary Duties

  • Handle inbound calls and assist service customers
  • Make outbound calls to book and confirm service visits
  • Schedule and maintain appointments within dealership systems
  • Create express service work orders
  • Process payments and complete customer cash-outs
  • Provide front-line support to service clients as needed
