How you’ll make a difference:

If so, the Employer Account Services Representative I opportunity will appeal to you. As part of the Employer Account Services team, you will provide support to various members within Employer Account Services and to employers. You must be able to work within a high volume and technical environment.

Your Employer Account Services Representative I responsibilities:

  • Triage and manage incoming shared email boxes
  • Locate new addresses and contact information for return mail
  • Process credit refunds and Pre-Authorized Debit information
  • Generate various letters using Content Manager/or within PAM
  • Perform data entry of Employer Annual Returns / Applications
  • Print and send various employer reports and letters
  • Complete ROADS, Personal Property Registry Electronic System (APPRES) and Corporate Registry Systems (CORES) searches. File and discharge liens as requested by senior representatives
  • Process Account Maintenance transactions including termination of personal coverage on delinquent accounts
  • Make outbound calls to clarify simple information
  • Identify process and service improvements

Your experience and skills:

  • High School diploma with 1 to 3 years office experience
  • Accreditation with Alberta Personal Property Registrar would be an asset
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated time management, priority setting, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Highly effective in multitasking environment with ability to handle large volume of work
  • Aptitude for technical learning or already established skills in PC applications such as PAM, Peoplesoft, eCO Right fax and Image
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliability is critical and you must be able to work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday to Friday with occasional shift changes

Employee Handbook

Salary: $46,459 to $50,463 per annum (Salary Grade 4)

Successful candidate must reside in Alberta and be able to work in person from our Edmonton or Calgary office as required. This position is temporary for a period of up to 6 months with the possibility of extension or permanency. Final candidates are required to undergo a security clearance as a condition of employment.
