In order to continue our growth and ensure our customer satisfaction, we are looking for another passionate team player to join us.

Reporting to the Regional Field Sales Manager, the Sales Representative performs the following main functions:

  • Develop sales growth strategies for the assigned territory by studying the competition, analyzing the market, and implementing the necessary tools to achieve objectives.
  • Stay informed on market and competitor developments, product line changes, and new technologies.
  • Develop new clientele to increase the network’s sales.
  • Work closely with head office to promote and coordinate the activities of stores within the territory.
  • Analyze territorial activities by products and customers, and take action based on the results of these analyses.
  • Build and maintain up-to-date client profiles using the CRM (services offered, number of employees, etc.).
  • Create strong business relationships with store managers and coordinate territory activities and events (e.g., training clinics).
  • Communicate information in line with the company’s philosophy, communication plans, operational standards, administrative policies, and other operational initiatives to support sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Contribute to the development of banners, key accounts, and marketing programs.
  • Analyze and respond to various client needs (e.g., handling complaints).
  • Represent the company with regional organizations and attend various employment-related events to promote the company’s image.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative preferably in auto parts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
