Job Description
As a Manager, Leadership Development, you will work collaboratively with Talent and business stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities and lead talent management strategies. You will focus on designing, developing, and implementing Talent processes and programs aligned to our broader organizational strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement in employee development, performance, engagement and learning. You will lead enterprise leadership programming, with emphasis on People Leader capability building and leadership development across leadership levels, to drive adoption and measurable impact across the organization.
Team Description
The Leadership Development team within Learning and Leadership Development designs and scales leadership programming for our colleagues across the enterprise. We partner with Talent and business leaders to align offerings with enterprise capabilities and talent cycles.
Accountabilities:

Own the end-to-end design, delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Talent programs that enhance and advance strategic objectives, including, overseeing project management, stakeholder management and engagement, measurement, etc.

Design and maintain enterprise leadership programming, including curriculum architecture, assessment strategy, and a regular review cycle aligned to business priorities.

Build and scale solutions using blended modalities, then pilot, iterate, and track adoption/impact via clear KPIs (e.g., completion, satisfaction/NPS, demonstrated behavior change) with quarterly reporting.

Apply advanced analytics to evaluate program/process/organizational data, identify nuanced trends and insights that drive informed decision making and improve performance.

Escalate and apply judgement to address issues, challenges, and risks with a balance of innovation and agility while considering impact on key stakeholders.

Lead efforts to optimize learning and leadership development processes, programs, initiatives, and procedures; implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, cultivating collaborative partnerships to ensure alignment, foster feedback, and garner support for organizational development endeavors.

Oversee vendor partnerships and portfolio budgets (build/buy), including SoW negotiations, and budget management aligned to priorities.

Stay informed about emerging trends, research findings, and best practices in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Equity, Inclusion & Diversity, and Talent Management, proactively recommending innovative ideas and thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field (e.g., Leadership Development, Talent Management, Instructional Design, Adult Learning).

6+ years of relevant experience
-
Deep knowledge and understanding of the current market, vendor landscape, emerging and leading global trends, research, and practices.
-
Extensive experience in program management for large-scale and complex programs, preferably in Talent, leadership development, learning and development, or in the financial or professional services industry.
-
Experience leading vendor selection/management and budget oversight for learning portfolios.
-
Advance practical experience using relevant systems/applications.
