Director of Finance | Remote | PE-Backed Healthcare Technology Platform
I'm partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed U.S. healthcare technology platform that's looking for a Director of Finance to work directly with the CFO in building a scalable, modern finance organization.
This isn't a maintenance role. It's an opportunity to build the operational foundation of finance for a business that has grown through acquisition and is entering its next phase of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the transformation of the finance function by: Building a scalable month-end close process across multiple entities Standardizing accounting processes, controls and financial reporting Optimizing a recently implemented cloud ERP Leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and scalability Leading and developing a high-performing accounting team Delivering accurate, board-quality financial reporting within a private equity environment
Once the accounting foundation is in place, the role naturally expands into FP&A, strategic finance, executive reporting, M&A integration and business partnering.
What We're Looking For
You'll likely bring: CPA designation (preferred) Progressive experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Director of Finance Multi-entity consolidation experience SaaS or software industry experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition Experience improving finance processes through ERP optimization, automation and modern AI-enabled tools A hands-on leadership style with the ability to build scalable finance operations in a high-growth environment
