As a Sr. Principal Account Manager, Key Accounts at Kaseya, you will:
- Manage and grow a strategic book of business, delivering measurable growth, upsell opportunities and strong client retention.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales and account management, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Partner with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in a consultative, relationship-driven sales model.
- Proactively engage clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives, initiating regular communications to anticipate challenges and deliver preemptive solutions.
- Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles, following sales processes and timelines to execute cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies effectively.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to fellow account managers, sharing best practices and promoting team performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and integrations to articulate their value effectively, educate clients on new features and drive adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer, influence product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Support onboarding of new clients and develop tailored strategies to drive proactive product adoption.
To excel in this role, you will develop an understanding of our products and their integrations, allowing you to propose their value to customers effectively. You will proactively educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices, providing personalized sessions to ensure they optimize the full potential of IT Complete. Collaboration with specialists and other teams will be essential to engage customers in product value and drive sales.
Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally to support teams to address customer needs, acting as the voice of the customer to influence continuous improvements. You will participate in proactive meetings to align strategies and enhance customer experiences, supporting the onboarding process for new clients and driving proactive product adoption through tailored strategies and action plans

Requirements:
- Experienced in senior strategic account management and inside sales, consistently exceeding targets in a high-volume, results-oriented environment.
- Consistently delivered strong sales performance over time, demonstrating reliability, resilience and long-term dedication to client success.
- Driven, coachable, and competitive, with a resilient, results-oriented mindset.
- Energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience creating weekly, monthly, and rolling six-week sales forecasts.
- Familiarity with CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Passionate about building strong client relationships and achieving meaningful sales results.
Base Salary:$115,000–$120,000 CAD annually (final base may be higher depending on experience)
**Commission / Bonus:**Eligible for performance-based commissions (anticipated 60/40 split between base and variable pay)
