Our client, a company specialized in the design and production of sets for the artistic and event industry, is urgently seeking a rigorous and well-organized individual to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk position within their Credit Department, located in Saint-Laurent.

Tasks
- Process credit cards and direct deposit (PDC) payments.
- Handle deposits of credit cards and cheques.
- Apply payments (chargebacks, returns).
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Provide receptionist backup during breaks and absences.
- Carry out any other related duties.

Job requirements
- Experience in accounting or accounts receivable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English preferred. (Occasional use of English, about 20% of tasks emails and phone communications).
