Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$105,145 - $142,255As a critical link between Sales and Credit, you’ll play a foundational role in building a strategically important function within FCC. You’ll lead the structuring of tailored financing solutions – including mezzanine debt, venture debt and convertible debt – for our most complex, high-growth, high-impact agribusiness and agri-food customers.
What you’ll do
- Structure creative financing solutions: Assess business risk and recommend tailored loan structures, including mezzanine, venture debt and convertible instruments
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Senior Relationship Managers and Credit to co-develop innovative, risk-aligned financing strategies
- Support strategic growth: Help build and shape a new team focused on delivering impactful capital solutions to high-growth clients
- Drive deal execution: Conduct research, prepare credit submissions and lead negotiations for complex lending opportunities
- Ensure compliance and monitoring: Complete account reviews, eligibility rulings and compliance checks to maintain portfolio integrity

What you’ll need
- A bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A graduate degree is an asset
- Experience working with complex, high-growth companies, particularly with the perspective of private equity or venture capital
- Strong aptitude for advanced credit analysis, risk mitigation and strategic lending
