Security Concierge
Concierge Security Officers will be positioned in high-profile locations, combining hospitality and security functions to deliver a luxury guest experience while maintaining a discreet safety presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings and proactive guest assistance.
- Offer wayfinding support and customer service for retail, residential, and cultural tenants.
- Maintain visibility in lobby and entry areas to deter unwanted activity.
- Support tenant and visitor engagement with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with property management regarding guest feedback and incident documentation.
Qualifications
- Background in hospitality, retail, or concierge services combined with security training.
- Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to de-escalate conflict while ensuring guest comfort and safety.
- Professional appearance, strong communication, and situational awareness.
- Must own a black suit with a tie and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills with an above-and-beyond attitude.
- Valid OFA Level 1 certification required.
- Must have a valid BC Security License.
