And this is where you come in... Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Co-op provides administrative and research support to the Product Marketing team. This role assists in collecting market insights, organizing marketing materials, coordinating campaign assets, and tracking the performance of both new and ongoing live game marketing campaigns. The Co-op also supports cross-functional teams in ideating and executing marketing tactics across PR, Web, Social, Influencers, Paid Media, and more. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in game marketing operations, cross-team collaboration, and campaign execution within a fast-paced gaming environment. This role is a 4 month contract from September to December, fully on-site based at our Downtown Vancouver studio. \n
In this role, you can expect to: Market Research: Conduct market research on gaming industry trends, audience demographics, and competitor games. Analyze trends (qualitative and/or quantitative) in gaming communities and platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube,Steam, Reddit). Assist in analyzing data of competitor performance from external resources. Live Game Marketing / New Title Launch Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing concepts and campaign ideas. Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up items to proceed with cross-functional teams. Support creation of promotional materials to engage players and potential customers, including trailers, videos, social media posts and copy for various platforms (social media, websites). Work with internal and/or external partners. Assist in communicating and delivering marketing materials. Project Management: Assist in preparing briefs for the creation of new branding assets and deliver the outcome to stakeholders, including external partners.
To be successful in this role, your background includes: University students majoring in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience with Photoshop is preferred. Passion for gaming and gaming culture knowledge. Interest in Product Marketing. Is deeply engaged with social media. Good communication skills (clear and logical). A mindset clearly focused on personal and professional development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

\n $24 - $26 an hour The typical hiring range listed above is specific to candidates located in Vancouver. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you'll have room to grow after you join!
