About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Testing Product Manager with a strong background in financial domain testing, business analysis, and product mindset. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in modern test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Octane) with a forward-thinking approach toward AI-powered testing solutions to drive quality transformation across products.
Key Responsibilitie sDefine and drive the testing strategy and roadmap aligned with product goals and business objective sCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverable sLeverage financial domain expertise to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and accuracy in testing processe sImplement and optimize test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Octan eIntegrate and promote AI-powered testing approaches (test generation, defect prediction, self-healing scripts, etc. )Translate business requirements into test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation strategie sDrive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologie sMonitor and report on quality metrics, defect trends, and release readines sEnsure alignment between product vision and quality assurance practice sLead and mentor QA teams with a strong product thinking mindse
