We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management, landscape Construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Coordinates snow and ice management during snow events day or night
- Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, contracts, and change orders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on landscaping projects.
- 5+ years of strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of landscape construction practices, civil construction work.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
