Reconditioning Service Advisor - Working with Sales Managers and getting things done!
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same? We're looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join our dynamic team!
About the Role:
As a Reconditioning Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our used and new vehicles are serviced to perfection. You'll work closely with our Sales and Service teams to provide accurate estimates, coordinate repairs, and deliver top-notch communication. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Write internal service work orders, estimates, and warranty repair orders
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for seamless communication
- Provide accurate price quotes and repair time estimates
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, check for recalls, and verify warranty coverage
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Process warranty and internal repair orders with precision
- Use state-of-the-art systems for estimating, dispatch, and communication
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service appointment coordinator or advisor role or related automotive industry experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with CDK VIS/VIL, manufacturer estimating programs, and labor time guides (an asset)
