About the role

Job Description As the Manager - Business Process Management, you will lead efforts that ensure technology solutions align with business needs. You will be responsible for supporting teams that implement and support process and technology modernization efforts that enable Wesco’s evolving operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in collaboration efforts along with organizational stakeholders, IT/Information Systems partners and external systems integration professionals to effectively define, communicate and solve systems requirements.
  • Lead business requirement gathering efforts and facilitate the hand-off to digital teams.
  • Support product testing and provide feedback to product teams.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create processes and procedures for deployment of requirements into the field.
  • Support Site deployment efforts as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Business, MIS or Supply Chain required
  • 5+ years of experience leading diverse and multi-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing technology and reporting systems in a large enterprise environment or 5+ years of experience in business integration activities (systems conversions, implementing harmonized best practices and homogenizing business reports).
  • Effectively collaborating across teams to drive results.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, at all levels of a large organization.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end O2C cycle, distributor services and project management systems.
  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts including requirements gathering/evaluation, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing and production validation.
  • Ability to travel 25% - 50%

Compensation Details: $122,837 - $165,829 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
