We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to focus on our Joist brand. Joist, an EverCommerce solution group and member of the EverPro suite of products, is an end to end vertical software platform for small & medium-sized trades contractors. We have a simple mission: Make Contractors Heroes. Joist provides web and mobile applications for small business contractors to estimate, invoice, record, and process payments, and manage projects from anywhere. From humble beginnings, we're now helping over 1 million contractors across North America, the UK, and Australia, making us one of the largest trades platforms in the world and we have major growth planned!
Responsibilities**:**
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our Invoicing Solutions team working on Joist. Joist helps small businesses create professional invoices and get paid faster. Our mobile-first SaaS platform has earned top ratings from hundreds of thousands of contractors, freelancers, and small business owners who rely on us every day.
As a Senior PM, you’ll own a core product area and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad, partner with leadership, and deliver high-impact initiatives through experimentation, data-driven decisions, and customer discovery in a fast-paced environment.

Product Vision & Leadership
- Define and communicate a bold product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Build business cases and strategies for your area, shaping the broader product direction.
- Own the roadmap and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
Strategy & Prioritization
- Align team initiatives with annual OKRs and long-term mission.
- Prioritize work based on customer and business impact, not just feature output.
- Establish clear mechanisms for data-driven trade-offs and decision-making.
Customer & Market Understanding
- Become an expert on our users and market dynamics.
- Lead customer discovery, interviews, and usability testing.
- Translate insights into innovative, high-value solutions.
Product Development & Execution
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, high-quality releases.
- Run and ship experiments that test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and accelerate learning.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience running and shipping experiments in live products.
- PLG experience.
- Understanding of SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers.
- Proven ability to deliver features/products that drive revenue and engagement.
- Strong individual contributor with the ability to own outcomes end-to-end.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, leadership) to deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage both stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation and cohort analysis.
- Bias for action with a self starter approach to work.
- Proficiency with agile, product/PLG tools (Jira, Productboard, Optimizely, Amplitude, Looker, Heap, etc.).
- Experience with payments technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple initiatives.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with widely used mobile apps (>300K Monthly Active Users)
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation
The target base compensation for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 CAD per year in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
