Role Description The Part Time Wellness Expert will support clients in building and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits that complement their mental health care journeys. This remote role involves conducting virtual wellness consultations, creating personalized plans related to physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, and nutrition guidance within scope, and coordinating with therapists or counselors as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include educating clients on holistic wellness practices, monitoring client progress, updating wellness plans, and documenting interactions in a clear, secure manner. The Wellness Expert will also contribute to wellness content, group workshops, and digital resources, while maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to TherapyMantra’s protocols and ethical standards.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust, provide empathetic support, and deliver client-centered experiences. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for virtual consultations, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams. Candidates should possess knowledge in Health & Wellness and Exercise Physiology to design safe, evidence-informed wellness plans that align with clients’ mental health goals. Relevant certifications or education in wellness coaching, exercise science, psychology, public health, or related fields are beneficial. Experience working in telehealth, online coaching, or digital health platforms, and comfort with using technology for video calls, chat, and app-based tools is preferred. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, ability to work with diverse populations, and commitment to ethical, non-judgmental practice are essential.
