Develop and implement channel-specific growth strategies aimed at maximizing sales revenue, margin contribution, and market share across Canadian retailers (incl. Canadian Tire, Home Depot Canada, RONA), distributors, and online platforms (e.g. amazon.ca).

- Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment on revenue targets, contribution margins, and P&L accountability for assigned accounts and product families.
Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Ownership
- Manage the Canadian product roadmap including new product introductions (NPI), phase-in/phase-out planning, and SKU rationalization.
- Work cross-functionally to launch new tools with the right packaging, positioning, certifications (CSA/UL), and channel strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels during transitions to prevent obsolescence and stockouts while maintaining margin protection.
Insights & Performance Tracking

- Create and maintain dashboards tracking revenue, margin and promo effectiveness by channel and SKU.
- Deliver insights to support strategic planning and ongoing business optimization.

- Experience managing major Canadian accounts such as Canadian Tire, RONA, Home Depot Canada, or distributor networks.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization
- Solid understanding of retail pricing structures, cost modeling, promotional ROI, and inventory planning.
