We are seeking a customer-focused Parts Supervisor to support the team at our NEW location in Moncton, NB.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will support operational activities for the branch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing great customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

What You Will Do:

  • Support and assist the Branch Manager with aftermarket parts operations, sales, and inventory by ensuring the counter sales team contributes to the highest level of customer service focus.
  • Actively engage to personally ensure excellent service to both internal and external customers regarding parts inquiries and orders
  • Assist the Branch Manager by supporting operational results and goals, including supporting optimal stock levels, tracking inventory, and ensuring parts are readily available when needed
  • Oversee warranty claims and assist with managing inventory overall, including annual inventory counts, transfers, and oversold
  • Ensure all in-store promotions and marketing initiatives are executed to FGI standards, including any required training on new products with staff
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, warehouse staff, and management
  • Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices
  • Other duties as required

What We Require:

  • Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience required in a high-volume customer service industry, ideally in a similar industry (wholesales, automotive, or heavy-duty parts sales)
  • Hands-on experience in sales, warranty claim processing, and inventory management is a must
  • Heavy-duty parts knowledge or background is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (email, Word, Excel) and ability to learn in-house systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills — you don’t just spot issues, you fix them fast.
  • A team player with a no-excuses attitude — you do what it takes to get the job done right.
  • Strong follow-up and accountability mindset — you don’t let issues slide.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills – you exceed the expectations of internal and external customers
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail —accuracy and documentation are essential to success in this role.
  • Able to work various shifts, including Saturdays
  • Must meet the physical requirements: Occasionally lift to 75 – 100lbs, frequent standing and walking, reading small print and numbers.
