When someone’s window breaks, a windshield shatters, or a storefront is damaged, you’re the calm, confident voice that guides them to the right solution. You don’t need glass experience — we’ll train you. What wedoneed is someone who knows how to talk to customers, uncover needs, and close sales.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focusedReceptionistwho enjoys being the first point of contact when customers walk in to our showroom. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

You will:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
  • Greeting walk-in customers and providing a welcoming experience
  • Entering in customer information and job details, and directing to the appropriate sales members
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with filing, email communication, and general office tasks
  • Help Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Education & Experience

  • Customer service, reception, or other customer-facing experience required
  • No glass experience needed — we provide full training
  • Comfortable using computers, and POS systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative or office coordination experience is an asset
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to embrace new challenges
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people
