Job Statement

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Associate plays a key administrative role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of company data. This position provides support to the sales team while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and drive business performance.

You will perform administrative tasks that will support the management of customer and sales data accuracy, produce price lists, and analyze sales that may help identify opportunities to help SFM drive growth.

The individual that will fulfill this role has a strong work ethic, has a keen attention to detail, analytical, proactive, and able to work within a team but also able to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within SFM information systems.
  • Prepare and manage pricing lists.
  • Register projects in JDE and ensure corresponding updates in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate and schedule promotional activities.
  • Update and maintain accurate pricing information within the system.
  • Perform sales analyses to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Qualification

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
