TRISTAN is looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to lead large-scale projects, coordinate campaigns, and act as a guardian of the brand image. You will be an integral part of the marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director, and play a key role in the planning, organization, and execution of strategic projects.
Your Responsibilities
Project Management
Plan and organize the production of large-scale promotional initiatives, such as seasonal catalogs;
Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots (planning, logistics, deliverables follow-up);
Develop rigorous tracking tools and ensure the management of marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables;
Lead major one-off projects in collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g.: label redesign, updating brand image on stationery);
Receive and structure requests from different departments and ensure prioritization in collaboration with the Marketing Director;
Provide marketing support to the corporate division.
Brand Management
Act as brand guardian, ensuring the consistency of the image and messages across all platforms;
Develop and maintain brand and trend presentations to inspire and align teams;
Conduct research and continuous monitoring to ensure initiatives align with TRISTAN’s DNA and values;
Design and roll out trade marketing tools to better communicate initiatives to sales teams;
Manage and optimize trade platforms/tools (e.g.: One Shop).
Analysis & Reporting
Monitor the performance of marketing projects and identify return on investment (ROI);
Assess the effectiveness of tools and campaigns deployed, ensuring continuous improvement;
Produce clear, detailed reports, including strategic recommendations.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, management, or a related field;
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing project management or brand management, ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer goods;
Perfect bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written);
Knowledge of generative AI tools, a strong asset.
