We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Outbound Customer Service and Collections Representatives to join our team. As a Outbound Customer Service and Collections Representative, your primary mission is to monitor customer accounts, provide customer service regarding collection issues, and resolve client discrepancies.
Job Details:
The position starts September 2, 2025. Successful candidates MUST be available to start.
We offer the flexibility to work in a hybrid setting after 1 week of onsite training.
This permanent full-time opportunity requires availability any five (5) days a week within operating business hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ET
Responsibilities:
- Recover funds on past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain positive customer relationships for increased retention
- Resolve disputes and complaints with exceptional customer service
- Accurately update and manage customer records in the billing system
- Contribute to departmental objectives for recovery, call quality, and productivity
- Collaborate across departments and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year collections or call center experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills
- Responsive and adaptable to change
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Compensation:

Hourly rate of $17.20 plus 4% vacation pay
