We are seeking a highly qualified Senior System Administrator, known for their discipline, autonomy, and initiative. As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic advisory role in architectural decisions while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our technological environments. You will be involved in the comprehensive management of our physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures, working closely with other teams to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make critical decisions regarding system architecture with precision and strategic insight
Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers with a focus on reliability and performance
Administer and optimize cloud services (Azure, AWS) independently
Handle identity and access management using Entra and Active Directory
Supervise and configure Intune for device and server management
Ensure network security and administration using Fortinet and Cisco products
Implement and maintain effective backup and disaster recovery solutions
Collaborate actively with internal teams in a spirit of teamwork
Provide advanced technical support and act as an advisor to colleagues and partners
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of administrative processes and tools
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in Azure and AWS cloud environments
Advanced expertise in Windows server administration
In-depth knowledge of Entra and Active Directory
Strong experience with Intune
Mastery of Fortinet products; knowledge of Cisco and Linux is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work with discipline, take initiative, and operate autonomously
Strong teamwork and advisory skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex system administration
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with autonomy and technical leadership
