Job Description We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President, Digital Investor Solutions to lead the design, development, and optimization of digital experiences for institutional and family capital investors across GCG. This role is responsible for transforming how prospects and investors access information, engage with investment teams, and interact with our firm through modern, intuitive digital channels.
As a senior leader, you will define and execute the vision for investor portals, digital reporting interfaces, document delivery systems, and other interactive solutions that enhance transparency,
trust, and efficiency. You will partner closely with teams across Investor Services, Product, Distribution, Technology, and Compliance to ensure that our client-facing platforms meet the evolving expectations of sophisticated private capital investors.
JOB PURPOSE: Client-facing application and platform leader
- Lead cross-functional efforts to improve how clients access investment data, documents, capital activity, and communications across fund structures.
- Partner with GCG Marketing leaders to define the digital client experience roadmap, including investor portals, mobile platforms, self-service tools, and interactive data delivery.
- Oversee platform enhancements and new capability development—from initial concept and design through implementation and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with Product, Investor Services, and Distribution teams to translate business needs into intuitive, scalable digital features tailored to investor personas.
- Drive platform strategy decisions related to user authentication, personalization, document security, fund performance display, and mobile responsiveness.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology vendors (e.g., Portal providers, SSO integrations, secure document storage, fund analytics tools).
- Ensure platforms meet high standards for UX design, accessibility, and security, especially in relation to sensitive investor and fund data.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Data Governance teams to ensure adherence to relevant privacy, marketing, and recordkeeping regulations (e.g., GDPR, SEC marketing rule).
- Define and track KPIs related to client engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and platform performance, and continuously iterate based on feedback.
- Act as an internal advocate for digital client-first thinking, promoting innovation and consistency in digital touchpoints across the investor lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience leading client-facing digital product strategy or platforms within Asset Management, Private Investing, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of the needs and expectations of institutional investors, intermediaries, and consultants in the private capital space.
- Demonstrated success managing the end-to-end development of investor portals, digital reporting tools, and other B2B client applications.
- Deep experience with UX/UI principles, customer journey design, and digital platform governance.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align product, technology, legal, and client-facing teams around shared goals.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with platforms such as FIS, Juniper Square, Intralinks, Kaltura, GlobalMeet, Cvent, Dynamo, iLevel, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Satuit, or other investor reporting/portal tools.
- Exposure to secure document delivery workflows, client communications compliance, and fund performance reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and how they can be embedded into digital client solutions.
- MBA, MS in Digital Strategy, or related advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range: $200k - $230K
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations
