Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Global Business Development professional. The role involves identifying and qualifying international business opportunities, building and managing relationships with partners, clients, and prospects, and supporting the execution of global growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitive research, analyzing data to inform decision-making, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align business development activities with investment priorities. The individual will also drive international sales efforts, negotiate terms where appropriate, and track performance against defined targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong International Business Development and International Sales skills, with experience expanding products or services into new global markets. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and support data-driven decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. Relevant experience in investment, venture development, consulting, or related fields is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Familiarity with international regulations, cross-border partnerships, or global go‑to‑market strategies is an advantage.
