Our client, a commercial real estate company located in Westmount, is looking for a bilingual , bright and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team in a temporary role (4-6 months)
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, handle incoming and outgoing packages and mail
- Light accounting work
- Assorted duties delegated by management
Requirements Fluently bilingual, written and spoken
Excel, word, outlook, Momentis (an asset)
Able to work in a fast paced environment, able to prioritize work and stay organized
