About the role
We are seeking an HR Operations Intern to join our North America team. In this role, you will assist with various HR operational tasks, focusing on supporting and executing transactional activities through our Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms.

Responsibilities: Using HR's portal and case management system (ServiceNow HRSD), responsible for queue management, end-to-end handling of cases and driving case closure across the platform amongst the broader HR Community

Complete Oracle HCM data entry requests. Audit data and processes to ensure accuracy and administer accompanying reporting

Support with pre-onboarding, lifecycle, and off boarding processes, ensuring required information is collected and maintained

Create, maintain, and keep employee records/files up to date, utilizing HR systems
-
Perform technical and administrative HR Operations duties such as employment verification and travel letters, filing government reports etc.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience

Eligible students must be either a Canadian citizen OR permanent resident

Strong technical skills and experience with MS Office, previous experience with HR systems like ServiceNow HRSD and Oracle HCM is an asset

Solid customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven attention to detail while effectively managing multiple demands and competing priorities

Self-directed, excellent time management skills and ability to maintain flexibility under tight and fluctuating deadlines

High proficiency in the English language.
