Dawn's client, Ontario Wholesale Energy (“OWE”) is a boutique natural gas and electricity retailer that provides price stability, leveraged index and structured physical products to small, medium and large commercial consumers in Ontario. We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible candidate to join our rapidly growing Wholesale Energy Sales Team!
What We Offer
Competitive base salary of $50,000/yr and large Volume Up-front Commissions and Residual Commissions at $20 per RCE with incremental increases based on performance (Total Commissions averages from $30,000/yr - $150,000/yr)
Performance reviews every 4 months with Bonus and Salary raise opportunities
Heath Benefits package after 3 months and paid sick days and generous paid time off and holidays; 2 to 5 weeks per annum
Eligible to win Inside Sales Trip Contests 3 times per annum and eligible to win Inside Sales Monthly Top Performers contests

What are we looking for?
A successful candidate would enjoy working in a fast-passed environment, be detail-oriented and be results-driven. (many of our Inside Sales Specialist double & triple their income because of the tools we invest in, training and development we provide, and the guidance from our leadership team)
Act with integrity and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards;
Team-focused, consistently maintain and exceed daily, weekly and monthly and RCE quotas, work collaboratively with Outside Sales, operating as ONE team to support ONE and adhere to all Corporate Sales Policies

Ongoing key performance indicators:
Strong ethical approach to sales with the ability to prospect and grow a book of business and being able to explain and demonstrate features of OWE product and service offerings with a proven track record of over-achieving quotas
Strong phone presence and experience dialing a high-volume of calls per day (100-150) to potential customers and follow up on leads
Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements, and being able to communicate daily with team members and mentors
Time management, goal setting and drive to meet sales objectives
College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, not required but an asset
This position is 100% onsite.
